IS Exercises on the web

Each of the acknowledged schools of IS seem to have their own exercises for developing Internal Strength. The exercises include solo training to develop the internals, testing exercises to do with a partner. In general they start with standing exercises before progressing to movement and then movement with a partner. This makes it challenging for us aikidoka, who start with working with a partner from day one of our training.

Most of the exercises aren't on the web and are best learnt from a teacher, none the less we will put resources here as we discover them.
